This Ultrasonic Food Portioning Machine is a full sheet cutting machine designed for sheet product slicing in a midsize baking facility. This unit is one of Cheersonic most economical models and is great for a new or growing production line with full sheet dessert products. The Ultrasonic blade can prevent the product from sticking to the blade. This is a servo driven conveyor belt through out type system with servo blade actuator, together with a comprehensive operator interface, to offer the ultimate in portioning flexibility and accuracy.
