Today I re-engraved a milk sorbet at home. The amount of ingredients has been adjusted. My recipe usually contains less sugar. If you are a sweet-loving friend, you can add a little more sugar. This milk sorbet is delicate and smooth, rich in milk fragrant, cold and delicious, come and DIY together!
Simple and zero failure, the ice is very delicious!

Ingredients

500g milk
2 egg yolks
30 grams caster sugar
50 grams of corn starch
1 sliced cheese
Appropriate amount of surface milk powder

Step

1. The milk that I use powdered milk or liquid milk can be used directly. Put the milk in a small pot, add white sugar and stir evenly.
2. Add corn starch and stir evenly
3. Add two more egg yolks
4. Stir evenly with a manual whisk
5. Heat it over a low heat and add another slice of cheese. If you like the cheese with a stronger flavor, you can add two slices. If you don’t have cheese slices at home, you don’t need to add them. It will not affect the formation, but the taste will be different and the milk flavor will not be so strong.
6. When heating on a small fire. Be sure to keep stirring to avoid muddy bottom. Heat it until it is thick and turn off the heat. The state is the same as in the picture, too thin and it will not take shape!
7. Pour the milk paste into a round bowl. After cooling at room temperature, put it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
8. Take out the mold after 4 hours, and buckle it upside down in a bowl.
9. Cut into 8 equal parts with a knife.
Sprinkle powdered milk or powdered sugar on the surface to decorate it, and look a few layers higher!

I’m going to eat it! How is it, have you been tempted? Come and try it with me!
