Chilled or ambient temperature cutting is achieved with excellent cut quality and repeatability. For high volume production of Loaf Cake, easy-to-clean, well balanced components for minimum maintenance and operation costs, energy efficient, machine makes 1 cut per second per cutting bridge, equipped with a modem for on-line service and back up.
