The Operation Method of the Smart Tin Soldering Iron
The operation method of the smart tin soldering iron varies according to the brand and model, and the conventional operation method is as follows:
Preparation: Select the appropriate soldering tip and install it on the smart tin iron. Make sure the soldering tip is securely connected to the tin iron.
Power on: Insert the smart soldering iron into the power socket and turn on the power switch. Wait for the tin iron to warm up to the set temperature.
Adjust the temperature: according to the needs of welding, adjust the temperature of the smart tin iron. This can usually be done by turning the temperature adjustment knob or pressing the temperature adjustment button.
Welding operation: Place the component or wire to be welded on the welding position, contact the solder joint with the soldering tip of the smart tin iron, and at the same time, put the solder wire close to the solder joint, so that the solder wire is melted and attached to the solder joint.
The ultrasonic soldering iron consists of a high performance sheath heater and transducer, supplying heat and ultrasonic oscillations to the tip. The ultrasonic soldering is implemented by the cavitation effect which breaks the oxide surface and eliminates bubbles in solder. Finish welding: After welding is complete, remove the smart tin iron from the solder joint and wait for the solder joint to cool. Turn off the power switch and unplug the smart soldering iron.
