Ultrasonic Nozzle For Food Industry. Ideal for spraying antibacterial or flavoring solutions such as ready-to-eat foods or cereals in commercial food manufacturing. Cheersonic’s ultrasonic food coating spray system is used to apply antibacterial coatings, additive coatings (such as flavoring or sweeteners) to foods. Ultrasonic spray allows a very thin, small amount of additive layer to be added to the prepared product prior to packaging.

Cheersonic’s ultrasonic coating system is ideal for spraying small amounts of antimicrobial coatings onto ready-to-eat foods, such as prepared sliced meats, to improve product safety and extend shelf life. The Cheersonic’s system has been proven to spray the antimicrobial solution directly onto the pieces of meat during the slicing operation.

Ultrasonic nozzles spray a thinner layer of material more uniformly than pressure spray or other coating methods. This is a major benefit for food manufacturers who wish to control the amount of ingredients.
