UFM3100S Inline Ultrasonic Cake Bars Slicer

Product Description

The machine UFM3100S is for cutting cake bars into different slicing thickness. UFM3100S is a solution for the portioning of block / log type products. The machine could pre-program to precisely cut cake bars. Customized UFM3100S is automatic inline machine installed with 300mm ultrasonic blade. A loading conveyor feeds the logs into the machine cell, where they are portioned on a servo-driven indexing conveyor.

• UFM3100S is able to cut 4 cake bars at the same time to finish 12 cake bars in per minute.
• Portioning is carried out via a servo-driven cutting head which features an ultrasonic blade. The cutting speed could be programmed.
