Nano Spray

Nano Spray is a field of rapid development of ultrasonic spraying technology. The Cheersonic ultrasonic nozzle is suitable for depositing nanotechnology coatings containing functional nanoparticles, and the spraying process is increasingly used for research and production.

The two main focuses of ultrasonic spray nano-spraying are:

1. The nano-layer solution is uniformly deposited onto a substrate of any size or width.
2. Disperse the nanosuspension evenly on the substrate. Due to the mechanical vibration of the nozzle, the ultrasonic nozzle continuously breaks up the agglomerates during the coating process.

Some common nano-coating applications include:

Anti-reflective coating on solar glass
Antifouling or other protective coating on float glass
Scratch resistant coating on glasses or other lenses

Ultrasonic nozzles are particularly suitable for nanosuspension dispersion applications such as:

Uniform deposition of carbon nanotubes and nanowires in thin coatings for energy, electronics, semiconductor or medical applications
Spraying catalyst in fuel cell manufacturing
Solar cell substrate coated with active layer chemicals containing metal oxides
Spraying transparent conductive oxide (TCO) chemicals during touch screen manufacturing
Depositing uniform nanowires or graphene films in electronic applications
