Project Description

Fuel Cell Catalyst Coating System - Ultrasonic Coating - Cheersonic

Fuel Cell Catalyst Coating System

Proton exchange membrane fuel cell, also known as solid polymer electrolyte fuel cell, is a fuel cell that generates electricity and heat by hydrogen-containing fuel and air. The operating temperature is between 50 ° C and 100 ° C without pressure or decompression. The polymer proton exchange membrane is a conductive medium, without any chemical liquid, and produces pure water and heat after power generation.

Cheersonic’s fuel cell catalyst coating system is particularly well suited for these challenging applications by creating highly uniform, repeatable and durable coatings. From development to production, our non-blocking technology provides better control of coating properties, significantly reducing material usage and reducing maintenance and downtime.
