One of the industries where ultrasonic equipment is most widespread is filters manufacturing. Cheersonic has developed with its partners different machines for the manufacturing and/or assembly of filter elements in thermoplastic media and cellulose.
Pleated Filters
Continuous ultrasonic sewing machine for welding pleated filter elements in thermoplastic fabric or in cellulose with an adhesive film.
Filter Bags
Ultrasonically attach filter bags to plastic collars, seal ends of filter bags, and weld pleated filters. Our methods are fast, easy and reliable.
(Multi) Pocket Filters
The production of pocket filters can benefit from ultrasonic sewing machines. The extremely fine or delicate materials can be assembled gentle and safe. Especially the very narrow separating weld seams allows a high flow rate.
