This professional ultrasonic industrial slicer is specially designed for mass nougat production with highly flexible configuration options. It can be equipped with synchronous cutting function right at the outlet of rolling mills, supporting single or dual independent cutting stations to match different production capacities. The finished nougat pieces can be directly discharged in straight line, perfectly connecting with follow-up packaging procedures to realize streamlined automated production. It is fully adaptable to cut turron nougat in all mainstream specifications, including standard nougat bars and various customized shapes and sizes to meet diverse market demands.
This slicer features excellent non-stick cutting performance, which brings huge practical advantages especially for sticky and soft nougat materials. Thanks to high-frequency ultrasonic vibration, nougat will never adhere to the blade surface during the whole cutting process. It effectively avoids material deformation, surface smudging and frequent blade cleaning work caused by stickiness, keeps continuous stable running of production lines, and greatly improves overall processing efficiency and finished product yield.
During cutting, the blades can automatically separate and space out finished nougat products neatly, making it convenient to carry out inline secondary processing and surface coating operations directly on the production line. The equipment also enables easy and ultra-precise trimming of nougat raw plates, which greatly reduces leftover scraps and achieves remarkable raw material cost savings.
