The UAM1000R ultrasonic spray coating machine is a roll-to-roll continuous precision spray coating equipment specifically designed for thin wire and tubular substrates.

The equipment adopts an integrated continuous operation design, integrating fully automated functions for spraying, drying, and winding, eliminating the need for manual segmented intervention. During production, substrate coating and curing/drying processes can be completed simultaneously. The substrate is fed at a uniform speed, ensuring even coating adhesion. The drying process quickly sets and cures the coating, preventing problems such as coating dripping, peeling, and uneven thickness, resulting in stable processed product quality. After spraying and drying, the finished wire can be precisely wound up by an automatic winding mechanism on the other side of the machine. The entire process—feeding, spraying, drying, and winding—is a fully automated closed-loop operation, significantly simplifying the production process and improving overall production efficiency.

Leveraging mature ultrasonic atomization spraying technology, the equipment can fully atomize the coating, ensuring uniform particle dispersion and eliminating agglomeration and clogging issues, effectively improving coating utilization and significantly reducing material loss compared to traditional spraying methods. • Coating utilization rate: With a utilization rate of ≥95%, it significantly reduces paint splatter and waste compared to traditional pneumatic spraying, resulting in energy savings, reduced consumption, and lower production costs.
