The system adopts a standardized two-stage cutting process to ensure precise dimension control for finished cheese sticks. In the first stage, it accurately cuts standard cheese slabs with original dimensions of 14×16 inches in length and width and 1 1/4 inches in depth. Operators can flexibly divide the slabs into halves or thirds based on target product specifications, realizing flexible size adjustment for diverse production needs. The second stage performs fine cutting to form individual cheese sticks, with finished widths stably maintained at 1 to 1 1/2 inches, ensuring uniform size and neat appearance for every finished product.
