Ultrasonic Cake Cutting Machines

The ultrasonic cutting machine is a system for cutting cakes in baking sheets 600 x 400 mm.
The baking sheets are brought into the correct cutting position via a conveyor belt. Under the ultrasonic cutting knife, the baking sheets are stopped, precisely positioned and fixed during cutting.
The exact cutting takes place by means of the ultrasonic cutting knife, which is mounted on a servo drive bridge above the conveyor belt. In this way, the knife can be brought into any desired cutting position and any cake piece classification can be selected.

The blade is adjusted by means of a servo drive. The desired pastry dimensions are entered by a touch screen function (LCD screen).

After the end of the cutting process, the baking sheet is transported further and can be removed from the machine. For safety reasons, a guard with Lexan windows is installed above the knife. The protective cover has hinged doors with pneumatic shock absorbers for cleaning and maintenance. The machine is mobile, made of stainless steel and other non-rusting materials.
