Project Description

Ultrasonic Nanowire Spraying Systems

Nanowire

A nanowire is a nanostructure, with the diameter of the order of a nanometer (10−9 meters). It can also be defined as the ratio of the length to width being greater than 1000. Alternatively, nanowires can be defined as structures that have a thickness or diameter constrained to tens of nanometers or less and an unconstrained length. At these scales, quantum mechanical effects are important — which coined the term “quantum wires”.

Nanowire Results

CHEERSONIC Ultrasonic spray system has been proved successfully applied in spray nanowires coating in the study of advanced precision electronic, and are used by some of the largest precision electronics manufacturers worldwide. Ultrasonic spray techniques are able to coat areas with more uniform dispersion of nanowire networks than other deposition methods. This uniformity results in better conductivity that can be achieved with thinner layers. When spraying nanomaterials that are prone to agglomerating, our ultrasonic nozzles offer unique benefits in keeping particles evenly dispersed during coating.

The Effect of Ultrasonic Spraying Machine

Ultrasonic spray systems can match the existing production lines, spray quality and overall stability, particle diameter of about 0.1-50μm, compared to conventional spraying techniques, ultrasonic spray coating system uniformity, controllability is greatly improved. Eliminating the common nano-coating the surface of a variety of defects, good preparation for the performance of nano-coating provides technical support.
