1. Vertical cutting machine for cutting of round products into individual portions
2. A fully automatic cutting process ensures consistent high quality of cut
3. The cutting and the placing / removing the products can take place simultaneously – therefore, no time loss occurs through product handling”
4. The operator can put two products on the round plate while at the same time two products will cutted
5. The round plates are rotated automatically according to the adjusted number of pieces between the cutting cycles.
6. The change of the number of pieces (2 – 24 pieces) is exclusively executed by the machine control, according to this no mechanical re-engineering work is necessary.
7. The diameter of the products may be up to 700mm.
8. High operator safety by safety light curtain between the cutting area and the placement / removal area -when entering the cutting area it follows an immediate stop of all machine functions
9. Very good ergonomics through the outside of the machine arranged placement position
